Bear is familiar with the rules and seems to be good at the job, but when he ends up ticketing his friends for violations, they become upset with him. Franklin ends up commenting about how he'd do things if he became bus patrol officer and then regrets it when that's exactly what happens. Both he and Bear learn a lesson.
