A young man grows up in the school of hard knocks. Natsuki Morishita (Shokichi) loses his parents when he was young. Initially sent to live with relatives, Natsuki is mistreated and unhappy. He runs away and grows up on the streets. Despite all of hardships, Natsuki manages to start a small business and finally seems to have put the hard times behind him. But what happens when a childhood friend, Wataru Okajima (Naoto), suddenly comes back into his life?.
