Jesse and Joey are trying to come up with a pitch for an advertisement. Jesse refuses to listen to Joey's ideas. Jesse's is a jingle and he brings in some back-up singers. One of the singers tells Joey he shouldn't let Jesse push him around. And at the pitch, when Jesse's idea is not well received. Joey tells him his idea which they like. And Jesse feels humiliated.
