The only clue is that everyone who was in the banks remembers hearing bagpipe music before the robbery. The police have no clue so WOMP is called in and Gadget is sent to Scotland accompanied by Penny & the Gadgetinis to investigate the only clue - a security camera closeup of the name McIntosh's Magic Bagpipes Inc. on the pipers bagpipes.
