Octavia, a mysterious KAOS supervillianess, has managed to drive every CONTROL second-in-command to suicide with her irresistible charms. The only solution seems to be by installing Hymie the robot agent as the new number two man. however the plan backfires when Hymie finds that Octavia is also a robot, and she can seduce him as well.
