With the government budget cuts, CONTROL is forced to make drastic cutbacks. Siegfried then decides to offer Max a job at KAOS. Max takes his arch-enemy up on the offer, but to go undercover to find out who KAOS' top man in the US government is. Can Max survive the training long enough to get the information he is looking for or will Siegfried find out and kill Max before the government shuts down control.
