According to the hospital's policy, surgery cannot be performed if the chances of survival is bleak, so the doctors opt for conservative treatment. The baby's condition worsens and Shindo suggests a surgery, but as a minor, Yuina can't sign the surgery consent form, and her mom refuses to sign it either. With no consent form and the doctors themselves are against the surgery, will the baby survive?
