Canada's worst-in-the-world waste record is due in no small part to our country's love of transporting its waste away from its origin. Mark visits Ingersoll, ON, the proposed site of Toronto's next great 18 million tonne landfill. Meeting with residents and the mayor, Mark learns they have no say in whether or not Toronto's garbage will be stored forever just a short walk from their picturesque downtown.
