At the hotel, Heiko has to stand in for Hilde, who was admitted to the clinic with a ruptured appendix. Kordes fired her for allegedly reaching into the cash register. While Hilde is in hospital, Frank and Julia take care of her young son; Helga still doesn't get along with Walter's sister Isabel. They constantly clash; Vera and Clemens Richter invited Heiko's teacher Ute Lorenz to a coffee gossip; Tina only gets rejections. Julia tells her that she has been blacklisted. Tina promptly blames Patrick for everything and puts him and his engagement ring outside the door.
