Elke has found the unconscious Elisabeth Meinhart and made sure that she comes to a clinic. Tragically, the surgeon who is supposed to operate on her is currently on vacation. Frank Ulrich fears the worst. On the farm, the Hahnichs already see Heiko as a son-in-law. Only Arne hates the "city dweller". When Heiko stands on a high ladder, the servant overthrows the ladder. Patrick got Tina a photo opportunity for a commercial. When he shows Clemens the pictures, he expresses it devastatingly. Patrick won't forgive him for that.
