Denise Köhler is bitter about Bertram's demand that she have her child aborted. She is faced with the choice of losing either her baby or her husband. She decides to seek advice from Dr. Frank Ulrich. He also wants to prevent an abortion. In practice is also the advertising maker A.R. Daniel, who wants to be treated for back pain. But Frank Ulrich has to diagnose a kidney disease and recommends that the successful person radically change his lifestyle. Meanwhile, Peter Becker has to realize that there is no birth certificate from him at the residents' registration office. He doesn't know who he is.
