Heiko works at the hotel reception. Gabi Raimann calls and asks him to come to her room because the TV is flickering. Heiko wants to repair the damage, when Gabi's drunken husband comes along and knocks him down. Lena Hartwick gains traction during Patrick's absence from the agency. Mrs. Simone escapes, and Marina feels completely helpless without the fortune teller. Julia has found Heiko and transported him to her hotel room, where he spends the night completely stepped away. The next morning, Tina shows up and misunderstands the situation thoroughly.
