While Michael is on his rounds at the hospital, Iris receives a surprise female visitor. The visitor tells her in a conversation that she is Michael's lover. Peter Becker finally knows what he wants. He has found his dream job. André and Jürgen have found an opponent in Olli who, despite his young age, is not to be underestimated. Despite all her disappointments and humiliations, Milla continues to stand by Tina. But once again she is bitterly disappointed.
