Mom and Dad have dinner with Kurt on the pier, and the next day they eat breakfast together before the parents go to work. When dad comes from work he has bought a fishing net and rod to use with Kurt. Mom and dad spend the night on the boat and soon live there all the time because it is cozy. The parents sell the house, quit their jobs and the three together sail out into the world.
