Meanwhile back in Kyoto, the power struggle between Ieyasu and Mitsunari continues. Although Gou is concerned over the possibility of war between the Tokugawa family and the Toyotomi family, there is nothing she can do to change the situation being close to her due date. Gou gives birth to a girl again.
