The Street's MakeoverWhen Taxy The Street Inspector comes to inspect Graham Bullard Street, he feels disappointed with how the street looks and requests Graham to redesign his street and make it more accurate to the other streets in Cartoonville. With only 5 hours to do so, Graham gets help from his friends, the Steam Team, and the Can Do Crew to make the street look better than ever.
