Abby and Ty receive a distress call from, of all people, Lance Boil. He's been kidnapped and is being held against his will by an unknown culprit. The Grossologists hunt down their known enemies to question them about the kidnapping, but none of them have anything to do with it. As it turns out, classmate Roger is the one holding Boil, as he has learned about Boil's connection to the Bureau of Grossology and has some questions.
