Major Elizaveta Kiver arrives in the city of Krasnov. From the first days, Liza understands that her subordinates are a special category of people: operative Kolban, who is in an eternal conflict with sobriety, Maksik - a sly man and a lover of "earning extra money" in any way, and Vanya - a romantic driver-dog handler without a dog. Together they become the source of endless disasters, ridiculous situations and tense moments, but gradually this motley team begins to become a family.
