With the foundation repaired, Seb and his team can finally focus on the interior of Erica and Eric’s $400 000 gut job. And it looks like Sam’s lofty dreams may be able to be a reality in the main bedroom. While Erica gets her hands in the mix by keeping a piece of the old house as a memory. Cam and Luke have grown too big for their space and in need of help to refigure the main floor to something more functional. Kat and Seb blend both structure and design to give them a space that will grow with them for years to come.
