    Cruisin' Through the Express LaneA flip of the coin determines how four chefs must make their best dish using only ingredients from the even-numbered aisles. Next, chefs get to show off their culinary muscles with an international dish featuring items from the store's sample tables. Finally, a dinner party plate sounds easy enough, until the chefs are forced to go through the express lane.

    High-Steak HijinksThere's nothing comforting about making a comfort meal with five ingredients, but that's what the chefs have to do. Then, they must make an upscale dinner using a grocery list that includes ketchup and pretzels! The final face-off is even more odd when chefs are asked to make a steak sandwich with no bread because they can't shop the odd aisles.

Then, the final two play the dreaded Food Wheel which forces them to prepare a meal combining salmon with ingredients from a single aisle.

The chefs must first knock down crazy food pins to pick the ingredients to put between two buns! Next, they must make tacos after all the traditional taco ingredients are thrown out of the window in Un-Gredients. The final two chefs will go to their roots when Guy asks them to make a finer diner dinner using an item from both the high end and low-end food wheels.
