PAUL worries about ANNIE when he knows about HENRY and DOROTHY’s relationship. He asks HENRY to handle the situation carefully but he does not listen to him. On the way to work, CHRIS is knocked down by a drunk pregnant driver, APPLE. She needs immediate surgery in order to save the baby. APPLE’s lover LOK is asked to sign a consent for her. Apparently LOK was ANSON’s ex-boyfriend whom she believes will come back for her. When LOK finds out that APPLE is pregnant with another man’s baby, he wants to get back with ANSON. She is very confused and has a long chat with CHRIS. A lawyer KWAN (KU KEI WAN, PRISCILLA) is asked to prepare a will for a tycoon in the hospital. Her talent impresses PAUL and TRACY.
ANNIE’s dog is missing from the pet shop. Although she searches everywhere, there is no sign of it. HENRY tries to comfort her but she somehow is very calm and worries him.
