Rumors are spreading around the school that the Kao Council is divided and that Hoshitani and the other second-years are the cause. Shiki and Fuyusawa clash over their differences once again, and Fuyusawa angrily decides to take action. He completely calls into question Shiki's suitability to lead. "I'm with Shiki," Chiaki says, giving Fuyusawa one final warning now that he can no longer turn back.
