On May 7, 2001, nine-year-old Peggy Knobloch disappears from Lichtenberg in Bavaria without a trace. A man confesses to the murder, but the verdict must be overturned ten years later. On July 2, 2016, the girl's body was found. The disappearance of Peggy Knobloch remains a mystery to this day and is one of the most famous criminal cases in Germany.
