At a home they dub The City Barn, they plan to fix the weathered roof and make the property more accessible for a 13-year-old who is battling cancer. When the reno is delayed because of structural issues, the Holmes team begins a second job at The Flood House and uncovers how a little leak turned into a nightmare for the homeowners.
