His mother discovers he's not hurt, gets him to spill his guts, promises to keep silent but betrays him. Hugo got lost and thus accidentally found the bus. John Palmer has worked out Trey's diagram enough to instruct disarming the bomb, but Trey included a secondary mechanism.
