Darryl tries to take the blame, but Casey insists to confess and refuses to explain his 'patricide' to puzzled senior sergeant Mike Emerson. Harvey enjoys meeting Tim Graham, who tips generously for help with his car trouble, but finds out at Alf's it's Roo's former New York fiancé, who wants her back and just divorced his Yankee wife. Danny dies in surgery.
