Heath is insulted when the women doubt if he's ready for that. Casey tells Natalie he fears having struck Darryl strengthens his fear to become a dangerous fiend like their father. Sid waves April's suggestion Dex should be allowed revalidation at home, inclined to follow Dr. Ben Dawson's advice to transfer him to a city rehab facility, but reconsiders when Dex pleads desperately against that.
