Casey can't get to him, still in hospital and handcuffed to his bed. The senior sergeant still doubts the Braxtons' story, finds no proof that Kyle exists. He recommends bail until the trial in five weeks, but warns five years for parole breaking will be added to the patricide case if Kyle isn't found.
