Just before Adam can give Darryl a fatal second shot, Ricky wrestles the gun from him, sends her brother away and calls an ambulance, then confesses to he police having set up Kyle and Casey. After Darryl barely survives surgery, Adam slips in, determined to administer a lethal injection. Heath dozed off, but is awoken by Dex and chases the fiend.
