Dex and April stop Rickie's bully attempt to force Casey to rehab, so she bugs Tamara to take over, which works after Dex simply pointed out his own, worse yet successful experience to Casey. Kyle can't stand Tamare being with his brother again, so he wants her out of the restaurant too. Dr. Peta Bradley however concludes the couple can't continue collaborating and orders one of them to leave the hospital.
