Now Casey works his tail off in rehab under Dex's gentle supervision in the gym, his muscular control starts returning. Sharing in his joy makes Dex regret his noble gesture to resign so April mustn't, but after her initial furious rejection she takes to heart Dr. Peta Bradley's advice that a relationship isn't on the cards if she really wants to become a surgeon.
