Dex thus discovers Heath is studying anatomy and is commandeered as secret tutor, which suits both. Palmer's tourist tour maiden trip feels like a disaster, as Marilyn has to make up most of the commentary, but Jett works the crowd, which ends up pleased anyway, except a single wise-guy, who at least turns out not to be the journalist. April grills him as if rude, before finding out he's Dex's and her new supervising hospital doctor, Nate Cooper. Off medication, Spencer gets moody again, leading to a break-up with Sasha.
