Kyle warns thief Liam but decides not to tell Darryl, who just has too much on his mind and insists on more self-reliance. To their relief, Casey decides not to testify against Kyle in court, but Tamara may still and Adam's lawyers have pulled out. Romeo decides, despite Indy's prejudice, to hire Casey as part-time, gratefully devoted gym assistant. Dex has a hard time figuring out his university schedule and is not amused when April suggests he might wait for the next term 'on Sid's account'.
