Sid makes Dex soul-search if he somehow regrets having opted for nursing rather then med-school, but April duly makes up with apologies and kisses. Zac is not amused by sassy pupil Holly Chapman's obvious crush on him. Ever-helpful Spencer is getting really tired of jealous ex Maddy's fickle nonsense, which only drives him closer to Sasha, especially as they realize both having doctor parents.
