Martin meets a couple who buy a former mill workers cottage in Derbyshire as their first home together, while Lucy meets a father and daughter team who are seasoned developers buying a house in Kent and Dion talks to a man, who along with two friends, has clubbed together to buy an investment property in Lowestoft in Suffolk. All three houses were sold at auction and all need major work to bring them up to scratch.
