A large detached house on the Isle of Sheppey, a terraced house in Bridgend in Wales and a semi in Scotland Gate in Northumberland are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the new owners and hear plans which include creating a home for themselves to getting a property match fit for the rental market.
