A house that has been owned by the same family for more than 60 years in Carlton in Nottinghamshire, a terraced house in East Ham in London and an enormous former care home in Stoke on Trent are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the new owners whose investments range from a few thousand pounds to hundreds of thousands. But will everything go according to plan?
