Nikki Exotika, otherwise known as the 'Million Dollar Barbie', has spent a colossal $1M to transform her body into plastic perfection. After finishing high school, Nikki transitioned and it was the best feeling ever. It wasn't until two or three years after transitioning that Nikki knew she wanted to create a 'Barbie' look for herself. Besides her love for Barbie, the color pink is another obsession for Nikki. "My obsession with pink started when I was a little boy. I wanted pink everything, but obviously I couldn't have it. My mother was just not having it. Nikki might have had an array of cosmetic procedures, but she has never had a 'Morpheus8' treatment - something she is now anxious about trying.
