Trisha James was born a very shy and insecure male who would wear all black clothing and hide behind sunglasses. Trisha hated looking in mirrors and would wear sunglasses as a way to hide and disguise herself from the public. At 13 years old, Trisha started wearing girls clothes and when she turned 20 she started her transition. Trisha had always dreamt of being more feminine and has now spent over $100,000 on plastic surgery to achieve her look - but she is not done yet.
