A 33-year-old mom from New York City has spent over $180,000 on plastic surgeries and cosmetic procedures. The list of work Elaina Starr has had done includes three Brazilian butt lifts and two tummy tucks as well as regular fillers, Botox and lip injections. She plans to have more procedures, in spite of a hospital stay with sepsis after her last surgery.
