In a quest to look like an 'Instagram filter', Manchester-based influencer Levi Jed Murphy has splurged over £30,000 on plastic surgery, including a nose job, temple lift and two rounds of lip lift. Today Levi is traveling to Turkey to get a fresh round of procedures - but this time, he has convinced his boyfriend, Cameron, to go under the knife as well. Cameron, who has always been the voice of worry and reason, has changed his mind towards surgery after seeing Levi's results.
