Things have never been weirder in Hot Wheels City. An UPSIDE DOWN ICE CREAM TRUCK, a GIANT STATUE'S HEAD, and a TALKING ROBOT DOG??? There seems to be no explanation. Nevard must be up to something again. Can Chase, Quinn, Sophia, and Elliot defeat his evil plans and return the awesomeness back to the city before things get even weirder?!?.
