S10 • E12 Feb 11, 2017 45mJen and Jeff rent a small apartment in Glendale, CA. While the couple feels they don't need a huge amount of space, they want a house that would give them a little more room for Jen's baking and Jeff's outdoor entertaining. After they decide on a home, they roll up their sleeves and start the renovation. Their vintage house turns out to have lots of vintage problems hidden beneath the surface, but Jen and Jeff hope to get the house up to date while keeping its charm.
