On a $250,000 budget, they need an extra bedroom to store their outdoor gear plus another for a home office. They find three that fit the bill, but none is perfect. The first house has the perfect kitchen, but is on a busy street. The second offers a fourth bedroom, but needs updating. The third is move in ready, but will need a new furnace.
