A New England Couple Searches For a Vacation Home in Charleston

Steven is hoping for a single-family home with a small piece of land separating their neighbors. Bethany has her heart set on a home with nice hardwood floors and a working fireplace. Both Steven and Bethany would like to be in walking distance to shops and restaurants, but she doesn't want her home to be on a street where she will see any horse-and-carriage tours common in the historic town.
