Corey, who travels a lot for work, is just looking for a place that has little maintenance and a man cave where he can unwind. An Oahu native, Michelle's looking for a place that's walking distance to the beach, and has a formal dining area to entertain, a large kitchen with all updated appliances, and a brick exterior like the house she grew up in. She's completely opposed to ranches and homes that have bedrooms on the first floor, for fear of break-ins.
