It's humongous, and located in a quiet suburban neighborhood far from the bustle of downtown Phoenix, but for this couple that's anything but a dream. Their commutes add up to 3 hours each day. So they're searching for a place that's smaller, and located near their favorite activities in central Phoenix. They also need tons of yard space for their four dogs, a dance studio for Janine and a home office for Matt. Can they get everything they want while cutting their square footage in half?
