Pensioner Elfi Bach is furious. She was surprised before her morning water aerobics class by an exhibitionist who allegedly exposed himself in front of her. As Hubert and Staller search the swimming pool for the man, they make a horrific discovery: a dead man, stabbed to death, is sitting on the water slide. It turns out to be Frank Brauß, a colleague of lifeguard Hans Möller. During their initial investigation, Hubert and Staller discover that there had apparently been conflicts among the pool staff for years over a planned new building. It's also somewhat tricky that Police Commissioner Girwidz had an argument with Frank Brauß at the pool the day before the murder. And what role does this ominous exhibitionist, of whom there is still no trace, play? Hubert and Staller are in the dark, so they promptly send their police colleague Riedl undercover to the water aerobics class to track down the exhibitionist. Meanwhile, the two investigators examine the swimming pool's financial statements and discover massive financial irregularities. Carelessness or outright fraud? Riedl also has a very unexpected encounter in the locker room. A showdown at the swimming pool soon ensues.
