S2 • E4 Aug 28, 2015 30mWhen Tom challenges the Marketing team to develop a creative way to promote their upcoming program launch with a pet food brand, Albe appoints Steph, a new addition to his department, as the Project Manager. Steph pitches an idea for a dog photo-shoot as a way to promote the new partnership. The team loves the idea, and decides to have Design create upcycled outfits made from pet food packaging for the dogs. At the monthly all-staff meeting, Bryan, a new member of the Zero Waste team, is awarded Employee of the Month. Tom reveals his added perk of a prime parking spot, which Dan quickly realizes is his unofficial spot. That leaves only two parking spaces right in front of the office for Dan, Diandra, and Dean to fight over. The parking war gets fierce until Dara suggests they try to win Employee of the Month to secure that prime spot. Dan, Diandra, and Dean refocus their attention on work. With the pet food brand photo-shoot just around the corner, the Design team has a chaotic fitting with the dogs. Steph feels the pressure when she has difficulty wrangling the dogs and learns that her photographer has to back out. This is her fist time as project manager, and she doesn't want to let the team down. Dean kindly agrees to step in as the photographer, and even though the day of the photo-shoot is hectic, Dean is able to get great photos. Steph and her team attach recycling tips to the cute dog photos to complete the marketing campaign. Steph, Tom, and Albe pitch the marketing campaign to the pet food brand, who's enthusiastic and eager to move forward with the launch. At the next monthly all-staff meeting, Tom announces that Steph is the new Employee of the Month. Dean, Diandra, and Dan are disappointed by the loss: only one of them needed to secure the title for all of them to have prime parking. However, as a thank you for helping with the photo shoot, Steph gives Dean her parking spot. The parking spot war is over!
