A serial killer is roaming LA and killing homeless people. A reporter named Isabel Teret (Anne-Marie Johnson) is receiving mysterious calls from a person claiming to be "The Skid Row Stalker". Hunter and McCall investigate but are soon suspicious of Isabel and her true motives.
